Returns and Refunds
Each BASTIEN piece is made with care and prepared specifically for your order. For this reason, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference after delivery.
If your order arrives with a production issue, damage, or an error made by BASTIEN, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the piece and packaging. After review, we will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging if a return is approved. BASTIEN reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet these conditions.
For sizing concerns caused by an error on our part, we will make it right. For sizes selected by the customer, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
